Attracting Young, Educated People to Small Towns Young people decide where to live based on the following hierarchy:
- Live as I wish in a clean, attractive, safe place.
- Grow professionaly and personally and raise a family.
- Have spaces for social interactions, be close to family and have an interesting and diverse place to live.
