RATIONALITY v RELIGION

Not every thing is good that's humanly possible. Why is logic, critical thinking and objectivity so seldom to be found?

Are religious people simply irrational in how they experience nature and reality or are there cultural and emotional forces at work a mature society should identify as a danger to good education and mental health?

The aim of this forum is in part to explore these questions and develop practical strategies to reduce that very danger to young minds and help further the development of ties between those of us who enjoy a clear mind, free from religion and those who find themselves at a rational, intellectual or emotional dead-end still following a religion or clinging to some god.

I think this matter is not fitting here; maybe it shoulod be transferred to the "loving god" section to deeper explore the thouights of atheism. FranzNahrada
